Directions to Aldersgate UMC

From Atlanta:  I-85 North to I-385.  (Pay close attention to the exit signs, as the exit for I-385 is combined with the exit for Woodruff Road.)  Exit right and follow the directional signs to I-385 to downtown Greenville.  This will be the third exit along this extended exit ramp.  It will curve left over I-85 and merge with oncoming traffic from the left. 

Travel two exits to the Haywood Road exit.  At the top of this exit, turn to the right and travel to the third traffic light.  This is the intersection of East-North Street Extension and Haywood Road.  Move to the left-hand turn lane.  Turn left onto E-N Street Ext., once you are on E-N Street, go to first right - after the traffic signal.  This is Shannon Drive and there is a church “marker” at the corner.  Follow this road, as it winds around John Knox Presbyterian Church and passes by Lake Forest Elementary on your right.  The church is directly on your right. 

From Charlotte:  I-85 South to I-385 downtown.  Exit right and follow the traffic until it merges with oncoming traffic from the left.

From Columbia:  Travel I-26 north, then exit to your left onto I-385 toward Greenville.  After you cross over I-385 in Greenville, travel two more exits to the Haywood Road exit.

From Asheville:  Travel Hwy. 25 - south to Greenville. 

After you pass through Travelers Rest and passed Furman University, move to the left traffic lane.  At the intersection of Hwy. 291 and Hwy. 25, (Cherrydale Shopping Plaza), turn left onto Hwy 291.  Travel this road for approximately 3-4 miles, until you reach the intersection of Hwy. 291 and Wade Hampton Blvd.  (Large cemetery, on the left.)  You will travel straight through this light and the next, which is the intersection of Edwards Road and N. Plesantburg Road.  Liberty Life (RBC) will be on your left, as you continue along Edwards Road.  Aldersgate will be the third church to the right.
