Started in the fall of 2004 at Aldersgate UMC, the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University course (FPU) has helped more than 150 families get started on the road to financial freedom. This 13-week faith-based financial course is designed to help you learn how to take and keep control of your money, God's way.

FPU is for anyone who deals with finances. Perhaps you are a college student or a single adult moving out into the world...newlyweds learning to live a new life together...parents trying to teach their children to avoid financial pitfalls...adults thinking about changing jobs...or simply trying to get to a better financial position - DEBT FREE!

In this class, you will learn skills in budgeting, picking appropriate insurance, dealing with credit collectors, bargaining and just saying "no" to unnecessary spending.
