Welcome to the Aldersgate Youth Ministry Page! Disciple-making is so important at this stage we are committed to walking with them on their journey. Check out the list below and give us a call if you think your student would be interested in coming along. We can help extend an invitation.
God’s Spirit Beckons, there are things to do and places to go! This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant –

Sundays –
During the School Year
(various times & dates) Our activities on Sundays vary from fellowship building events to mission/service projects. We find that learning happens differently for everyone and strive to provide solid opportunities for all.
Wednesday Nights
(6:30 – 7:15 pm) During the school year, our youth meet in coordination with Aldersgate’s Wednesday Connect Program. Activities include opportunities for studies in all age and interest categories.

Other Youth Ministry Opportunities
Salkehatchie – SC Conference Service Program for those 14 and older. Participants work in selected areas of the state on homes that are in need of repair and stay the week in host churches. This is a life-changing experience, providing a more worldly Christian perspective. College age and older can serve as adult workers but must complete a background check and Safe Sanctuary Training. Asbury Hills Summer Camp – Located in Cleveland, SC is our conference camp. If your teen is interested in camping or becoming a junior camp counselor, check them out. Weeks are offered all summer long, but fill up quickly. www.asburyhills.org
Boy Scouts – Pack 256, makes their home at Aldersgate. Contact the Blue Ridge Council office for times and location. We have both male and female scouts involved in this group. https://www.blueridgecouncil.org/
